matter这里是名词,相当于problem.What's the matter?可以直译为：是什么问题?因为“问题”是双方都知道指的是某一个问题,比如身体问题或者情绪问题,属于特指,所以加the.而wrong是形容词,意思的：不对的 ,形容词前面一般不需要加the.只有名词前面才会出现.
