还记得,自己在开始的几天里,自己经常被一堆的游客包围,面对连珠炮似的问题,我经常不知道该先回答哪一个,常常是手忙脚乱,自己不满意,游客也不清楚,但是在几天的锻炼后,自己现在就可以稳稳妥妥的回答每一位游客的问题,也不会手忙脚乱了,自己渐渐觉得沉稳了很多.仔细想想,这种品性不仅在志愿服务中可以起到作用,在以后的日子里,不论是什么场合沉稳都是一个人成熟的表现,都是一种人格魅力.面对不断变化的事情,能保持沉稳是我在志愿服务中感受比较深的.

Remember,in the first few days,I am often a pile of tourists,faced with a torrent of the problem,I often don't know how to answer first,it is often,not satisfied,and tourists is not clear,but in a few days after,I could safely to answer every tourist's question,it will not be kept busy,I began to feel had a lot.
Think carefully,the character of the voluntary service to be a role in the days,whether any formal peace is a mature man,is a personal attractiveness.the constant change.keep silent is my voluntary service to feel more deeply.

still remember,at the first few day,there were many tourists around me and asked me a lot of questions,at that time i didn't knew which one i asked first,i always be busy and customs didn't knew clearly.but after few days i feel more intersting and coformtable
