不应该用 in 因为 where引导定语从句说明house 做地点状语不应该用in
如果用that /which 引导定语从句这里必须用in
This is the house which/that my parents live in.=This is the house where my parents live

这里其实可以不用 in 了，因为前面使用了关系副词 where
这个句子也可以=This is the house which my parents live in.=This is the house in which my parents live .

可以，必须去掉，where是副词，不能用in.
或者把where改成which。
