Firstly,a lot of people think that the best time to exercises is morning,around half past five to eight o'clock.But NOT the sooner the better.Especially in the fall and winter.If the weather isn't warm,Is apt to cause disease.
Secondly,don't exercise after breakfast,if you do that,it will dispersed blood supply,affecting digestion.Of coruse,drink some water isn't matter.
