每个选项什么意思和时态、形式能给我说下么?这题某位老师说全国没几个老师能做对的,有那么难么英语高手快来.

首先我们把答案分类,AB是一类,CD是一类,之所以这样分,是因为填入AB之后,but our work______不是句子,填入CD之后,他就是个完整的句子了.
分完类后,我们再看原句.原句后半句说但是（因为）我们工作还没做完,所有拒绝的了他的请求.这里如果天CD,那么 our work_______,we declined the offer. 就成为两个句子,英语中两个句子是需要连词连接的,所以CD不对.
这时再来看AB,发现他原来是在考独立主格结构.然后再看AB的区别,很明显A是被动,B是主动,这里work和finish显然是被动的关系,所以选A.
