What be the weather like?这样说的话,是语法上的错误.
What will the weather be like this weekend?分析如下:

前面的“will”是助动词而不是be动词，所以后面必须加"be"原形。

首先这个句型里有will,而will后面是必须跟动词原型的，所以才加be.

will助动词，表示将来（因为是这个周末）。
助动词后面要用原形(be)

like的意思不同，词性也有所不同。当它作为动词时意为：喜欢，爱好．作为形容词意为：像．．．
will是助词，后面要跟be动词的，此句will be...表示一种猜测．

be动词就包括了am,is.are 所以有am,is.are 就等于说有了be，will和do 是助动词市价在前面的，所以be动词只能加在后面咯
